Rules: The art/lit must be true to lore for all characters in the piece, including background characters. True to lore means not only keeping them in character, but keeping accurate to the world and species in the world. Spinoffs and AUs are not allowed to be submitted here. There is no limit to the number of characters submitted per piece or pieces submitted for lore per week.
Requirements: Art submissions must include an intermediate background, and either be in color (Shading not required) or shaded monochrome. Art must be accompanied by at least 200 word literature and all characters must be over 50%. Literature only must be at least 1000 words, and all literatures must show enough detail in the writing about the scene.
Reward: Unlock unparalleled freedom! By completing this prompt, you earn the right to skip the brush and quill for many adventures with your beloved character. Cove, Dungeons, and Quests await your unfettered exploration, requiring only a brief recount of your exploits. The world accepts your actions with open arms, no need for elaborate tapestries of words or vivid landscapes.
However, EXP and PT come slower, earned solely through the completion of activities rather than the artistry that breathes life into them. Additionally, World Events, Lore, Training, bosses, and General submissions, where intricate details and world-shaping tales matter most, still require the artist's touch. And lastly, you still need to submit a short summary of your character's actions for each activity in the comments of the submission. Briefly describe their approach, challenges faced, and any notable outcomes.
To ensure a vibrant tapestry of creativity, each player may submit a max of 1 artless entry per character per day, and 3 total artless entries per character per week. Artless prompts are rolled by admins like any other creative submission.This allows dedicated explorers to progress without stifling the artistry that makes our world sing and helping people who don’t have enough time or energy on their hands still progress!
